- The code to the door will be the last 4 digits of the phone number used to book the property
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Please take all trash with you, as there is no trash service in this area. The closest landfill is located at 6165 NC-194, Todd, NC 28684
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile in the laundry room, and begin a load of laundry
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home; no exceptions!

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

FIREPLACE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Open damper with the handle at the top of the firebox, turn the knob under/beside logs to pilot and press, press the igniter button (which is beside the pilot button) until pilot lights, hold the pilot button in for approx. 30 seconds, release and turn to ON. If the pilot light goes out repeat the process again
- Turn the on/off switch on small log inside the fireplace and flames should come up. Please turn the on/off switch to off, pilot light off, and close the damper before you leave
- The thermostat is behind the open door in the dining room
