Spend an afternoon picnicking at Rio Grande Nature Center State Park, a beautiful riverside area with natural trails and lush greenery. Check out the ABQ BioPark Aquarium, Albuquerque Zoo, or Indian Pueblo Cultural Center around the city's downtown area.
This remarkable city is the hub for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, and from this property you'll be able to see the balloons! October travelers will definitely want to experience this iconic annual event featuring over 500 hot air balloons floating in the sky.
Head east about 1 hour to explore the Sandia Mountains, providing the city with stunning mountain silhouettes amidst a high desert landscape. Good place
3/5 The condo was very nice & exactly as described. Well furnished and supplied. The area was nice. Not exactly in the city but close enough to be convenient. Excellent location for the BalloonFiesta. The issue I had was communication with the contact person/owner.
It took 45 minutes for the contact person/owner to get back to me to open the gate allowing me to enter the complex. Which left me sitting outside the complex for that amount of time.
The instructions to enter the complex and find the unit would not satisfactory the numbering of the units were confusing, some detail directions would’ve been helpful.
I don’t believe the contact person/owner is very responsive to phone calls or text messages. I tried to contact her before my arrival and received no response. Upon leaving the unit again I called the owner to report a problem with the washing machine and just to say thanks, I never got any response from her.
I’m glad nothing went seriously wrong with the unit because I’m not sure she would even respond to that.

Clean Condo in gated community
5/5 This was perfect for our needs as we waited for our house to close in Rio Rancho. All the comforts of home, secure surroundings, quiet neighborhood, two-car garage with opener, washer and dryer, and close to newer shopping/dining areas off Paseo. The host/owner is awesome to work with and very good at responding to questions and any needs.
