• NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED!!

  To start we arrived and the key was not in the mail as the email had instructed it would be. It was pouring down rain, we were all standing outside with all our belongings trying to get inside. After calling the contact person and not getting an answer I called Evolve and they took care of it immediately. Inside the living room blinds were missing pieces, the couch cover was broke open, the microwave turn table did not work, the kitchen blind were bent and broken, there are two big spots on the kitchen wall that looked like something was pulled off and ripped the plaster, the living room floor had scratches, the coffee maker was broken, the toilet paper holder in the main bathroom was broken, ALL mattresses but the twin was stained badly, pillows were stained , one smelled of sweat, the tub(jacuzzi) would not hold water, the lock on the main bathroom door is broken. There was a dirty towel behind a bedroom door and one the upstairs balcony. There are personal items left in cupboards such as alcohol, odds and ends and underwear in a kitchen cupboard!! Oh and there was laundry supplies… empty left on top of the washer. The trash cans outside were full when we got there. So over full when we cleaned up and left. Also Bring your own wash clothes they are not included with the linen.

  The pluses … it is pretty inside, the refrigerator, stove and TV work. The showers worked, the heat , lights and toilets worked. The dishwasher worked but I had to remove a big clump of dryed up dishwasher detergent out of it first. The house was clean with the exception of the two dirty towels left behind. And no bugs!

  I have pictures of everything. I have saved all my text with contact person. Was told she would go buy a coffee maker, but never did.

  My advice safe your money and rent elsewhere!!

  Everything was very clean. Instructions were clear. The location worked out for us. We were able to park and Uber where ever we wanted to. The place was very spacious. We highly recommend!!!

  The property was fixed up by appearance but there was a lot of little issues. The railing on the back deck was loose and I almost fell. The chairs on the back deck were rusted and falling apart. I set down on one of the deck chairs and the fabric have way and I fell through. I hurt myself pretty good. Plus when we arrived I noticed an issue with the screen door and I immediately report it to the host and he was insulating that we broke the door and it was not like that before we got there. I felt the issues in this house need to repaired. I would never stay there

• Weekend comedy fest getaway

  The house was clean with a very nice layout. Evolve quickly responded to all my questions. The Host was attentive to any questions we had. Boardwalk is within walking distance. Parking was hard to come by, aside from that we had a wonderful weekend!

• Boys Weekend

  Great location for our boys weekend. Was in distance of all the casinos and only a few minutes from our golf course. Manager was in constant contact at all times. House was beautiful on the inside. Highly recommend this place for a guys trip.
