During your stay, enjoy easy access to the beach, located less than 100 yards from the property. You'll love the ability to transition from boogie boarding in the ocean surf to floating in calm Manahawkin Bay, just 3 blocks in the opposite direction!
When you're not sunbathing, stay entertained with a game of miniature golf at Sandbar Mini Golf or ride bicycles along Long Beach Boulevard! Make sure to stop for ice cream at The Big Dipper, located just a few minutes down the road. In the evenings, treat yourself to fresh seafood at restaurants like Yellowfin or Ship bottom Shellfish.
Check out the Barnegat Lighthouse State Park, located on the north tip of the island! Take in the panoramic views from the lighthouse, hike through the maritime forest on well-maintained trails, and explore the Barnegat Light Museum during your visit.
The fishermen of the group might prefer an adventurous deep sea fishing trip on ships like the Miss Barnegat Light, while the golfers head inland for a game at Ocean Acres Golf Course.

Great property and hosts
5/5 Our stay started with a hot water tank hitch that was immediately and satisfactorily resolved. The location is lovely, very close to the beach and walking distance to cafes and ice cream shops.

Nice place, nice owners
5/5 Communication with the owner was great and it is a cute little place, just as pictured and described. It was just a little bit disconcerting when the neighbor (who was staying in the house in front of this one) was very hostile and basically wanted us off the property until he realized that we were trying to get to the house that we rented behind his. He apparently had no idea there would be other renters.

4/5 Nice private courtyard, short walk to the beach, great outdoor shower. Perfect for two people. However, it states there is wi-fi, but you can't pick it up inside. Friendly owners.

Secret Oasis
5/5 Upon arrival, the main home sits in front. We walked down the side boardwalk to a gate. We opened the gate to a private sanctuary. Lush foliage, whiteness and peace. A patio table, grill and lounge chairs fill the space. Into the house. The living room, dining area and kitchen. The loft is great for kids with 2 twin beds and AC. The master had a very comfortable bed with a ceiling fan to cool down. Steps to the beach. The beach is wide and beautiful. Watched sunsets and dolphins. The walk to the bay is across the street where you can stop and eat ice cream and shop. Bob the owner was welcoming and extended our checkout time. Oh, we will see you again.
