1/5 When we arrived we noticed that the property was dirty. The floors didn't appear to have been cleaned, the showers were dirty, many pieces of flatware were dirty, glasses were dirty, as examples. We informed the management of the property the following morning and were told that the unit had not been cleaned prior to our arrival and that a cleaner would come during our absence that day. The unit was not cleaned during that interim so instead we requested clean sheets for our beds so that we could remake them and we washed all of the dishes and silverware ourselves.

Hi Timothy, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- Regarding the cleanliness of the floors, there was no dirt present; however, you mentioned that dried grass from your children's feet may have been tracked in.
- Concerning the showers, the photos you shared were taken 24 hours after your check-in, and the showers were not dirty.
- The wine glasses provided were brand new, and there was no evidence of dirty glasses.
- We offered to send our cleaning crew to address any concerns, but you weren't home when they arrived. Nevertheless, they did their best to clean as much as possible during their visit.
- While the sheets were cleaned before your arrival, you requested a new set for the second night. However, we don't provide new sheets for every night due to sustainability reasons.

3/5 The location of this property was great. Very close to the wineries and downtown Napa. The community was also very nice and quiet.
Unfortunately parts of the house were a bit dirty and unkept. There were hundreds of ants in the second bathroom. There was also a very foul odor that never went away.

Old and not updated.
2/5 Disappointed about our stay here. It needs deep cleaning and updating on the inside. Just not our cup of tea in many ways.
