The cabin was clean and very comfortable. We loved the big fireplace and there was plenty of wood in the woodshed. We had no problems during our stay and got to relax and unwind in peace at the cabin.

We booked this cabin for our Anniversary. The cabin was very welcoming. We were supper excited about having the jacuzzi tub and were ready to relax, but when we filled the jacuzzi tub up there was only 4" of enough hot water to fill that (very large) jacuzzi tub and the water went cold an the water would not even get close to the jets. We were never able to use the jacuzzi tub due to not enough hot water! We were not able to BBQ as the BBQ was stored in the tool shed and it was advertised to be on the porch, so we had to re-figure our meals as we planned to BBQ. The pots and pans made our food taste like fish as someone must have cooked some sort of seafood in them. Cleaned them myself and still could not get that taste out of them. It is advertised that there is a fire pit and chairs down by the river, there were no chairs and there was a sign saying "no camp fires aloud" The dinning room table chairs are very scary! The chairs legs were Very wobbly and dangerous! The table cloth needed to be washed, there was dried food imbedded to the top of the table cloth. We did like the location and surroundings. It was a great cabin! The price was not to bad, however if these minor issues were attended to it would have been a more enjoyable stay and would not have minded paying a few bucks more.

The house is so homie and comfortable. It’s a bit of a drive from Leavenworth, but the drive is beautiful and worth it. Once you get to the cabin, all you hear Is the running river. Perfection!

Loved this property, right on the river with a beautiful deck to enjoy. Check in was easy and the kitchen well stocked with all you could need. Only complaint is that the place wasn't very clean. The shower and toilets weren't clean and the covers/blankets on top of the beds and couches were dirty with stains. We even found used dental floss on a table. Considering we were charged a $150 cleaning fee, this place should have been alot cleaner than it was.

Cory, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall! We take the level of cleanliness seriously and have passed along this feedback to the homeowner. They are working diligently with the cleaning staff to ensure future guests don't encounter the same scenario. The owner strives to provide excellent guest experiences, and as evidenced by past reviews, we're more than confident this home will continue to host many satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin. It fit our family: 6 adults and 5 kids comfortably. The cabin was well equipped for cooking meals and perfect for just hanging out and spending quality family time with each other. A couple of things others have mentioned in previous reviews, such as updating the stove and couches are things that I would agree with. But that said, it was still great and totally usable. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing getaway!

Great location, well maintained as tastefully done cabin, overlooking the river. We soaked ourselves in the water by creating a pool fenced by stones. Close to Wenachee river, state park, Leavenworth and other places. The owner is prompt in her response. Evolve customer service was very helpful is securing the cabin.
A few suggestions to the owner to add to the house - a blue tooth speaker!
Great location- lovely access to the river. Great for getting your feet wet. Too much current for getting to far in. A comfortable hunters lodge with a stuffed bison and elk- so be aware. Lovely master bedroom deck overlooking forest and river, as well as off living room. Decent sheets. Older mattress or very soft in master. Synthetic textiles mainly throughout. Central air can be a little noisy in master bedroom, didn't need it though this June. Overall great option.

Alena, we're glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Cleanliness is of the utmost importance and as evident in past reviews, this cabin has never received this type of feedback before. We can confidently confirm the scenario you encountered won't recur for the next guests. We look forward to this property continuing to host satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
My family and I had a great time at Linda's cabin. The home itself if beautiful with a cool western theme (note- there are several "stuffed" animals mounted on the bedroom walls which kids might be a little scared of) and all the amenities. Our family loved the horse-saddle bar stools and slot machine in guest bedroom. Linda was extremely responsive when we had questions and home had everything we needed included all kitchen utensils/amenities, firewood, cable tv, wifi, etc. There's a great sledding hill in the back and you have the soothing sounds of the Wenatchee river in the back yard as well. We really enjoyed our time at the . My only criticism would be that 2 of the TVs are pretty dated and you're a little far away from restaurants/grocery store but we knew that ahead of time. About 30 minutes to Leavenworth and 40 to Stevens Pass depending on road conditions. There were only 4 of us but you could easily sleep 6-8 comfortably. My family and I plan on staying there again next year.
