  We enjoyed our time at Village by the Sea. We had easy access to so many of the attractions in Maui and the price was reasonable. Unit was clean and well-equipped, just as expected.

• Not as advertised

  Pictures of the property do not match the unit. One I paid for online had a bright outdoor view of the ocean, light colored decor inside. When we arrived we were disappointed to find zero ocean/sky view as the lanai has large trees completely blocking it. The furniture was different as well, dark green which added to the effect. On the good side, the giant trees did block most of the afternoon heat, and it was very private. The pool was nice, grounds well kept, great parking. Overall it was a pleasant stay(9 nights) but I certainly would have opted for another unit(almost all which have great views) had I known what we were getting. Other than that glaring fault, it was good.

• Absolutely incredible place

  My two girlfriends and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October. The place was clean and fresh…decorated with cute decor and beautiful colors. It was stocked with some of the essentials so we didn’t have to buy everything. The location was perfect for us. The beach access is something we could’ve been more than happy with the entire stay. We opted to

  Go to more beaches but the sand and sunsets were glorious.

  The only thing we would recommend would be 1 roll of toilet paper per person be supplied along with a little sweetener for coffee & tea. As you can see, those are minor suggestions so if you’re going to Kihei, this would be the place we recommend 10 out of 10!!! We will be going here again ❤️

• Great location!

  We had a great time at this condo. It’s small, but holds a family of four comfortably. The beach with smaller waves behind the property is perfect for the littles. Everything went great and everyone was so helpful when we encountered struggles. Gray place to stay!
