Very Nice
5/5 This was a great spot with my family. Would have loved to know the pool was going to be under construction when i booked. This was the reason we stayed here. So, no pool. The beach was great and we were close to everything.

Construction
1/5 The unit was very good. I asked about pool construction and was told that there would not be construction during our stay. This turned out not to be the case.

Owner's response: "Leo, We appreciate your feedback and we are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us.
- When you originally inquired about the pool construction the response that it was not under construction was true. At the time there was nothing wrong with the pool and it was usable. However, there was a pipe that burst under the pool and after further inspection, it was determined that the footings under the pool had eroded causing the sea wall to deteriorate. These were both unusual and emergency circumstances that were beyond our control.
- We did have Evolve refund a portion of your funds back to you, we had hoped this would help with the inconvenience. We did verify this was taken care of and again we are sorry about this occurrence.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver those 5-star experiences we know we can deliver."Sept 2023 visit
5/5 The property was awesome! Convenient, clean and had so many little extras, like items to use at the beach, and a fully equipped kitchen including a junk drawer!
A short walk to the beach and a very great neighborhood.
The property manager was very responsive and accommodating to my questions.
