Perfect Spring Break
5/5 This apartment was perfect for our little family. We weren’t there much other than to sleep, shower, and make breakfast, but we could have very easily spent the day there. It is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and beachy feeling.
The beach is easy to get to with the quickest little walk around the corner.
There are so many restaurants, cafes, and bars within such a short distance.
Really recommend this place! However, if you enjoy sleeping in, think twice as there is a yoga/pilates studio directly below this apartment and the music starts bumping around 9am. We didn’t mind at all though because we were up before then anyways.
Great for beach trip with friends!
4/5 The location was fantastic, one block away from the beach. It was also very nice beach chairs & boogey boards were provided. Also within walking distance to bars & restaurants!
There was not an extra set of linens couch bed, but they did have some extra blankets. The blankets didn’t seem freshly washed, however there is a washer/dryer there we were able to use to clean!

Short get away
5/5 My husband and I just need a short getaway from cold weather. The place is in a great location, within walking distance of a lot of good beach restaurants and only 1 1 1/2 blocks from beach. But even driving in area is easy compared to the big city where we live. The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed.

5/5 This vacation rental is absolutely amazing met all of our needs and the location is phenomenal. When we come back to Cocoa Beach this is the only place my wife wants to stay. Thank you for great experience!!
