CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code for the front door and back door 57675
- To lock the door simply hit the lock button
- The pool can be heated for an additional fee. Please reach out to the Guest Contact at least 24 hours before arrival if you’d like the pool to be heated
- Please inform JR of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Trash pick up days are 7:00 am Tuesdays and Fridays and 7:00 am Wednesday for recycling. We have hired a trash caddy so our guests are no longer needing to put the trash out as they go pick it up.
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Please leave the comforters, pillows, and linens on the bed
- Please leave all used towels in the bathroom
- return all furniture to its original location
- Set thermostat to 78 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Ensure the outdoor grill is properly cleaned and lock city gas valve from each use
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, no parties, no large gatherings
- Fires and fire pits are not permitted, per the neighborhood and city
- No diving or running in the pool/dock area to avoid the risk of injury
- Quiet hours observed 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- Please note that the pool/spa may not be used during quiet hours
- Please wash all sand from your body before entering the pool and spa (Sand destroys the pool pump and filter)
- Please place luggage on the luggage stand and Not on the bed at anytime
- It is critical no items (feminine products, tampons, diapers, cotton, facial wipes, paper towels, gum, bandages, tissues, floss, food, toys, etc) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- Please ensure the grill for the city gas valve be locked after using each time.
- Please put the bins back behind of the fence where you found them before 9:00 pm after trash has been picked up; Tuesdays and Fridays
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- There is a spa/jacuzzi area attached to the pool but it is not heated
- The water level at the boat docks is typically around 8 feet deep, but this can change with the tides

GRILL INFORMATION:
- There is a grill connected with city gas on the pool patio area behind the house
- In order to use it, Please turn on the city gas valve to allow gas to flow
- The grill can then be started by pushing in one of the knobs controls the size of the flame
- The various knobs control the burner elements so not all are needed if the item being cooked is smaller in size
- When grilling is completed, turn off the knobs on the front of the grill and then turn off the city gas valve on the wall *(This is very important in order to prevent the leakage of city gas when the burners are not lit and to avoid an excess fee for consumption of City gas and safety issues )* - If this isn’t completed upon check-out, a $50 fee will be assessed
- To ensure the safety of guests and the community, do not move the grill

AIR CONDITIONING UNIT:
- The thermostat for the air condition unit is located on the wall next to the kitchen and it regulates the temperature in the surrounding area
- The thermostat is set as 75 degrees Fahrenheit and that setting should be maintained
- If doors or windows to the outside are left open, the air conditioning units will not be able to overcome the introduction of the air from the outside and maintain that temperature during summer
- If the doors and windows are left open It will cause the A/C unit to FREEZE UP
- If the A/C FREEZES UP, the cost of repair will be passed on to you & service pending time will be 24 hours during the summer

Excellent location , we saw dolphins and manatees come right up to the dock. Exciting!

Beautiful, clean home in perfect location!! Enjoyed hot tub and good fishing off dock!

Perfect place for a family to stay, especially with small children! The pool was perfect .
