• Great condo right on the beach

  This rental is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked for all the items you would need on your vacation. There are beach chairs and umbrellas available in the storage unit. The view is beautiful for watching sunsets. It was a short walk along the beach to Manatee Public Beach and the Anna Maria Beach Cafe. I would recommend.

• Location good but VERY DIRTY

  The location was good - view was amazing however the unit was very very dirty. The furniture is soiled and the carpets are filthy. The pull out couch could not be used as it was dirty. All moldings, ceiling fans, inside drawers, window screens were very dirty. The housekeeping cleans the hard surfaces like tables and floors and tile but that is all. Renovation was being done on the condo stairs so there was loud noise 2 days, however the owner did make a quick call and it was resolved after a short time of loud noise. I reached out to the owner about the lack of cleanliness with photos but got no response.

  Myself, husband, and 2 kids(7 & 11) loved this place. It was amazing! It has such a beautiful view from the lanai(peaceful and quiet every morning and evening) and living room. It's just steps from the beautiful beach and water. They have chairs, towels, and beach toys ready for you. We saw dolphins swim by and manatees swam right in front of us. There are sand dollars everywhere out on the sand bar. The beach was not crowded. There are plenty of stores and restaurants close by. We walked to the ugly grouper restaurant. The condo was awesome as well; beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The only little downfall is that there is not alot of space to get to the dryer, so you have to be small or have a kid do it. Upon arrival, we thought we couldn't get the lockbox for the keys open (we put in wrong #), so we called and he answered right away. So I know if there was an actual issue or problem, they would respond and get it taken care of asap. I would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.
