We enjoyed the property and location a lot. Check-in and out was easy and the place was very well decorated and nice. We chose it for all of these reasons and also because it was pet-friendly. My only complaint was that the floors needed to be vacuumed/mopped as there was a fair amount of pet hair and general dirt on the floors. We have a black, non-shedding dog. The pet hair present was all blond/tan ...so I know it was not us :) . We just made sure to wear socks so it was not a big deal. I would still easily recommend the place to others. It is great for a couple but I would not stretch to 4 via the pull-out couch unless your other 2 are small children (as we have. So, again, worked out great for us).

Nice apartment in historic St Augustine

Rented ,the apt to stay in St Augustine for a family wedding. The was nice (as pictured), clean, received clear insturctions, and my contact, Falina was available to answer questions. The only issue I experienced is when I arrived and tried to park. The parking lot (which is across the street) has assigned spots on the far right. However the lot is also used as valet parking for a hotel a few blocks away. Cars were triple parked, and it took me quite some time to navigate my way to one of the spots without hitting any of the other cars. Other than that, it was great and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay within walking distance of downtown St Augustine, but in a fairly quiet and historic neighborhood.

Nice 1BR unit conveniently located to downtown

We stayed before in the 2Br unit upstairs and were equally pleased with this smaller 1BR unit. The outdoor that isn?t available from the 2BR was a nice addition. Theirs a little noise from the restaurant exhaust system in the kitchen area but not enough to be a problem. The location is an easy walk to downtown attractions which is nice because parking downtown can be a problem. Would definitely return to this location for future visits

Check in was super easy however parking was a bit difficult to find. The apartment was clean and seemed brand new. The decor was classy and updated. Great location as it only took a 6 minute walk to old city downtown. The restaurant was superb as well! Would definitely come back!

Nice experience here! I wish we had known that there were two other units with either a king bed or an additional room. We had a queen bed and a sofa bed (which was terribly uncomfortable for my husband and it also had a big stain on it as well, which is why I gave 4 stars for the rating) my son who is 8 months slept with me in the queen bed. So aside from wishing we had some more room, it was a great experience! Would definitely try staying there again in one of the other units!

Loved this place. We came to St Augustine with our 12 and 10 year old children. The apartment was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This place is a close walk to the main area of town. The only reason I didn't give this a 5* is because we could hear are neighbors walking around and it woke us up several times. However, we will be back (with earplugs:) Also the restaurant down stairs was INCREDIBLE! We ate there for dinner one evening and brunch.

Had a wonderful time in this apt. Big sofa for curling up on and a balcony for enjoying the outside from above. There is a great restaurant downstairs where we had dinner first night and returned for a delicious breakfast next morning. Well stocked with stemware and essentials. Interesting historic neighborhood for walking and exploring. This place is on the list for keepers.

It's in Lincolnville which is an historic area that is in process of gentrification. The apartment is above a fine dining restaurant (stairs) and is a roomy one-bedroom with half a porch overlooking the street. All recently restored. The location is a short walk to the heart of town , a great place if your planning on seeing St. Augustine.

This was my second stay at the Jefferson House. Love it! The apartment was clean and brand new. Falina, as usual, is always available if you need something and is a wonderful person to know. She is very dedicated in her roll as Manager for this property. The apartment is quiet and very safe. The neighborhood is great as it is a 10 minute walk to historic St. Augustine. I will return as I love the apartments and the area.
