Not clean
2/5 Property was not clean upon arrival. Moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot, dirty bedding, pool area was a mess, broken furniture, etc. I called manager and all he did was send out the cleaning kid again. Put in a complaint with VRBO and a week later i still have not had a call back.

Rainy weekend in Crystal River
5/5 We had 3 couples making a trip to Crystal River to kayak with the Manatees. Fortunately during the rain we found a 3 hour window with no rain and an exciting kayak out of Hunter Springs Park to Three Sisters Springs and saw lots of manatees. Also the property was great as it was less than 20 minutes to Hunter Springs Park. We had lots of room to relax after our kayak trip and rest at the property. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. Wosh we could have used the pool but a little too rainy for that.

Nice mini getaway
4/5 My family and I decided to visit the area for Labor Day weekend. We enjoyed going to the springs and the local restaurants. Overall the house was nice and everything we needed. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the pool lighting at night. I did have a few minor concerns and reported to the property manager via email as instructed on check in instructions but have not heard back so far. Beds were comfy and linens were clean. Kitchen is nice. I gave cleanliness 4 stars due to food being left in sink and dishwasher not working properly (from prior renter). you may benefit from bringing your own towels if staying for more then a few days.

Great House Just as Described
5/5 The house was wonderful and exactly as described. The living room great room was especially nice with what looked like new furniture. We came to scallop and this was a great location. The pool was so refreshing after a long hot day. Very nice property. We will be back!
