    Great place!

We loved our cabin in the mountains and would certainly return again. Do wish there was some local intel on restaurants or maps. Even a property map to to the pond or surroundings would be helpful for a nice hike on the cabin property. Host was very helpful and did everything to make us feel welcome and cozy.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this cozy little cabin. It was perfect for a little get away for my husband and I! Very impressed with how clean the home was, and how modern and updated everything was. The kitchen, bedroom, and living room were all very clean. All of the windows brought in so much beautiful natural light and allowed you to really be surrounded in the beauty of the outdoors around you. The bathroom was very clean and modern, the only thing I wish is that the mirror was a bit larger for ease of a lady getting ready. The property overall felt very secluded and remote, but with everything we needed within a few minutes drive. The property itself was very lovely and maintained well, we even went exploring around a bit during our visit and saw some wildlife. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and all of the neighbors seemed to be friendly. During our visit there was pretty much a snow storm going on, and being from the south we were not used to the snow. The property manager was in touch every day, and made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. We will definitely be keeping this property in mind for our next visit! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We loved this little gem tucked away on a hill surrounded by trees providing total seclusion when you want it. You’re still in a neighborhood and only a few miles from town but you feel like you’re on 80 acres to yourself. The trees are so thick that you can’t see your neighbors and vice versa. Every evening we would see 2-10 deer grazing in the yard. The bed was super comfortable and their tv had Netflix and Hulu so we could watch movies easily. The kitchen was well stocked and the portable grill out back was very handy. The property is very new, modern and clean. Absolutely in perfect condition. It could use a few extras to make the place a little more home like. Suggestions: Screens on the patio doors and windows would be nice so we could leave the door open and smell the fresh air. A second blanket in the living room so two people don’t have to share. Getting a real colander. Spraying for wasps on the patio. This was only an issue one day of the 5 we were here but probably still worth doing. A major nice to have would be adding the second deck to the 2nd sliding door or extending the existing deck to wrap around the house. It’s possible that is already the plan as there is a second sliding glass that is currently blocked by a rod fence so you can’t fall out if you open the door. All in all we would absolutely come back with or without the extras mentioned above.

To celebrate my husbands birthday, amidst our crazy busy schedules, we desperately needed a quiet and quick get-away! This Evergreen cabin was PERFECT!! The property is gorgeous, relaxing and so private! It was amazing to explore at our leisure, and take in the beauty of our surroundings with casual walks around the place! We were able to totally unplug and breathe AND enjoy the amenities of a brand new home, fully stocked kitchen, super chic and simple design, fabulous deck with views, natural light pouring in from an abundance of huge picture windows, plus the mountain air with 2 big glass sliders open - BLISS! This space gave us two glorious days of undistracted down time, and being so close to downtown, and the lake, we took hikes, kayaked, and had some of the best food EVER!! We recommend The Bistro, Lariat Lodge and Murphy's Mountain Grill. The Flying J Trail and Maxwell Falls were easy and stunning hikes. The owner mentioned the coffee and breakfast burritos at Marshdale General Store, right around the corner, and YUM - great tip! LOVED this place, grateful for the find - total gem - we will visit again FOR SURE!

This property gives you the best of both worlds! You get the privacy/secluded factor due to the cabin sitting on 35 acres, but you are still only minutes driving (or biking) to the business district of Evergreen! The cabin has a super cool design with lots of windows for letting in great light and the fresh mountain breeze. Due to its location we saw lots of wildlife during our stay-- most mornings deer were hanging around outside! Great mountain and forest views, as well. The property is also stocked with all of the essentials to make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!
