- Located in Building C of the Shadow Run Condominiums

- Shadow Run Condominiums are located at the corner of Walton Creek Road and Whistler Road
- From S. Lincoln Avenue (US Route 40), head east (toward the ski mountain) on Walton Creek Road
- Turn right onto Whistler Road (at stop sign), then take the first left into Shadow Run
- Turn left immediately for Shadow Run Frontage.
- Follow the parking lot around to the end. A small sign marks the sidewalk leading to the entrances for Building C, units 04-06 and 07-09. (It’s the last sidewalk from the parking area)

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1965
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Return the community amenities key to its original location
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile in the bathroom
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- The Steamboat Springs shuttle buses stop outside the building where the condo is located, at the end of the parking lot
- The shuttle buses run about every 10 minutes (6 per hour) during the winter ski season and is just a few minutes from this stop to the ski area base
- This property requires stairs to enter
- The property does not have air conditioning
