Dianna provided a personal, professional and meticulous touch to our time in Grand Junction Colorado. The Train House is an ideal location and connects you to a touch of history. We had fun visiting the chocolate factory, playing at the trampoline park, roller skating, taking in CMU basketball games and hiking in the National Monument.

Very nice house! Extremely clean! Tons of adorable details, extremely well stocked. Owner was more than responsive, she was welcoming and so helpful. Front porch was cute. Even though house is in a somewhat busy area it is very well insulated from the road noise. Back patio is very cute, but not all that private. However, neighbors are quiet and non-intrusive so it?s no biggie. Only critique is more of a preference, we found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable and loud. Other than that small thing the house was perfect.

The train house was the perfect place for us to stay for a soccer weekend. The house is so cute and cozy, with beautiful features that I love in old homes. The details provided in this home were fantastic. Kitchen was fully stocked, coffee bar was great to have, loved the screened in front porch and back patio. It is obvious that every detail was thought about and made a huge difference in our stay. The home was very clean, and not just surface cleaned, but really cleaned. The location was fantastic. Close proximity to downtown and all the main streets to quickly access anything. It is in an older neighborhood so you will always have the homes on the block that are not well maintained and make you a bit unsure, and there is a park a few blocks away that it appears has a homeless population, but a very nice park with a great play area and water park in walking distance the other direction. The owner of the home was in contact with me and offered to meet us upon arrival. Overall, our stay was great and I would highly recommend anyone staying at this location.

The Train House is a great place to stay in Grand Junction! Dianna, the owner was very helpful, available for questions, flexible with our length of stay, and was a great host! She and her husband live in another part of Grand Junction, so they are available for any needs you may have. The Train House is located close to town. I was worried at first as the property does not have traditional air conditioning, but the swamp cooler, along with the ceiling fans actually made the home so cool at night and during the day that we had to turn it down. We had a very comfortable stay in the two bedrooms we used. There is a third bedroom as well to accommodate more guests. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The home was very clean. The TV allows you to input your Netflix account. Overall, we had a great stay and we would return to the Train House!

We felt welcomed and at home during the stay here for a few days that we were in town. We didn't feel like strangers and if we needed anything they or their nearby neighbors were there to help. We all had our own space which was nice. The grill was perfect for the summer nights. The coffee bar was my favorite. Even though none of us used it, being a barista, it was my favorite thing. Great hosts!

Our family of four recently stayed at the Train House for spring break. It was very comfortable, with lots of nice, homey touches, such as the coffee station and game boards for the kids. It is very close to the Colorado National Monument, which was a perfect destination for our first day. On Day 2 we drove out to Arches in Moab, Utah, which was spectacular, and on Day 3 we explored beautiful Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Grand Junction is a great home base, close enough to all of these attractions to make them easy day trips. The Train House is a short (maybe 10 minutes) walk to downtown Grand Junction, and in addition to lots of public art, it has a famous candy store, several good restaurants (The Rockslide was our favorite), and some interesting antique shops. Dianna, the owner, was very helpful in guiding us to some points of interest and local stores, and made sure we had everything we needed.
