We walked to most of our dinnersbecause the neighborhood had several good options within a few blocks ofthe house and we didn't want to get back in the car at the end of long dayexploring. It's also a great neighborhood for walking - wide streets, friendly neighbors, and beautiful homes to look at!

We had a wonderful stay in Denver at Evolve's place. The apartment is close to City Park and along the Denver city bike route, which is perfect location if you want all that Denver has to offer while being in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our hosts were thoughtful, and welcoming, and the private apartment was decked out with everything we needed for an extended stay. We would love to visit again during winter, the neighborhood is picturesque and I can only imagine how beautiful it would be during the holidays!

We had a great stay at this South Park Hill apartment while meeting up with local family. It was very clean and the bed, linens, and towels were all top quality. The apartment is very quiet and we slept well. Since we stayed 4 nights, we were able to use the TV room (+games), comfy couch, front patio furniture (shade almost always available) and kitchen for coffee and snacks. We walked to Cake Crumbs every day for more coffee and breakfast and took numerous walks around the beautiful neighborhood. Having a washer/dryer available was helpful as well. The location was great for Sunday Jazz in City Park and Denver Museum of Nature and Science both just a short Lyft ride away.

What an amazing experience with our rental and the owner! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, satisfied and comfortable. She even went so far to send us ideas, recommendations and suggestions of things we were interested in doing. I was completely shocked and grateful for her hospitality. We even had a gorgeous fresh cut flower waiting next to our bed. The rental is FULLY stocked with about anything you could imagine you would need including games, books and exercise equipment. I would have liked a small table in the bathroom to put all my makeup and junk on but I know if I would have asked, she would have made it happen. I don’t see how anyone could be disappointed in staying there. Oh and the views, homes and neighborhood area is absolutely breathtaking! - Thanks! JT

We had a wonderful time while in Denver and choosing to stay at this property made it even better. The large sofa and fireplace made for wonderful, relaxing evenings. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large with extra large, fluffy towels. Having a kitchen at our disposal with all the necessities made making breakfast and dinner a breeze. For anyone staying longer than a few days, don't worry about packing a ton of clothes, there is a washer and dryer available! The location could not have been better as we were close to everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The owners of this property (Christine and Tim) were wonderful and so was their dog (Murphy). If we hadn't met Murphy I would have never guessed they even had a dog as we never heard him. As I noted when we left, Murphy was a most gracious host!It snowed the last night we were in Denver and when we were ready to leave I found that the snow on my car had been brushed off, which was a very pleasant surprise.I would recommend this property to all of my friends and family that want to get away to the mountains and have a relaxing place to call 'home'. I will definitely be returning in the future to stay in this beautiful apartment and I highly suggest you do the same!

Everything was perfect! It is a cozy, little basement apartment and we absolutely loved it! We had a dinner party to attend one of the evenings and Christine was so very accommodating with making sure the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our portion of the meal, even letting us borrow her blender! Christine was knowledgeable about the area and helped us find places to go and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. It is an absolutely gorgeous area (especially in the fall!) away from the bustle of downtown but was close to practically everything we wanted to do! Will definitely keep this in mind if we plan on staying in Denver again! :)

We used this location as a base for our activities outside of Denver. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood but within easy driving distance to downtown Denver or the highways to travel outside of Denver. You could easily walk to stores a few blocks away. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick and soft, and the TV in the living area was larger than mine at home. Many nice touches-fresh flowers on the nightstand, a night light in the bathroom, books, games, and videos for entertainment, a shower organizer for our toiletries, and several kinds of coffee. The owners live on the main floor and the noise from upstairs was minimal. The owner was very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Denver.

My husband and I spent three days in this lovely apartment while celebrating our anniversary in Denver. The owners live upstairs and are available for consultation, but there is nothing that isn't provided. The bed and linens were comfortable with a variety of pillows. There was lots of space to stash your "stuff." Living room has a huge comfortable wraparound sofa in front of a 65" TV. Everything was clean and in good working condition. If you want to be in the middle of all the action this place is not for you. BUT, it is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just five minutes from the Museum of Nature and Science and about a fifteen minute drive from Cherry Creek and from downtown. It was so nice to come back to a peaceful private home after a day of running around town. I would highly recommend it and will certainly stay there again the next time we're in Denver.

Very good location if you would like to be near downtown Denver but had several downfalls. Very low basement ceilings so if you are 5'11" or more, uncomfortable. Also a dog barks most of the time when coming and going. It has a full kitchen that invites cooking during your stay but... the hosts did not offer waste disposal during a 4- night stay and we had ants invading the kitchen garbage the last two days in the kitchen garbage!! Our host Christine said to text her anytime and she was non responsive to any of my texts. Will not recommend this hoem to anyone.

    Manager's Response:
Hi Rebecca, We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the property's great location, but we are sorry that your stay fell short of expectations! The homeowners are dedicated to the comfort of their guests and apologize that they did not receive any of your communications. The owners already provide guests with their phone and email contact information, but they will start supplying an additional phone number to ensure that future travelers do not share your experience. While the owners include instructions for basic trash disposal in the welcome book they provide for guests, they will provide an option for additional trash pickup if ever needed by future travelers. They are very sorry that you were not able to fully enjoy your time in their home, and we are confident that they will use your feedback to continue to provide a 5-star stay for every traveler that visits the property. It's a cozy basement "nest" that made us feel right at home. Christine and Tim were the consummate hosts who took a personal interest in our comfort, helping with the TV and always asking what else they could do to make our stay enjoyable. The location is ideal, with easy on-the-street parking, which can be a real problem in other parts of Denver. The wrap-around couch and 65" TV were great for watching sports, the bed was super-comfortable, and the kitchen and bath were well-appointed. Clearly, all these reasons are why we give it a 5* rating.
