    Perfect Holiday Visit to Denver

This was just perfect. We were in town visiting my daughter for Christmas. The apartment was large enough of my husband, myself and my mother. Located close to my daughter! Apartment was cute and clean! They also decorated with a little holiday cheer! Very thoughtful. Will definitely stay there here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Upon entry, we found it to be a very clean and open space. It was nice to be able to see my kids playing in the living room while cooking in the kitchen. A nice assortment of games and toys are provided to keep the little ones busy. The owners were very kind and addressed any issues immediately (we had some trouble with the door keypad upon arrival, but that was fixed right away and never an issue thereafter). The location can't be beat - you're located directly across the street from a small playground and large green-space, as well as a pool. The trek into Denver proper is very easy and nice to be able to avoid the jammed interstates during rush hour. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we will not hesitate to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in the area!

For our first VRBO stay, we couldn?t have been happier. The space was so clean and welcoming. There were games for our young kids to play, and the kitchen was all ready for us to bring our groceries home to and cook a full meal! We definitely will be coming back - we felt right at home immediately!

This is a perfect neighborhood. It a quiet, friendly and there are kids playing everywhere. The house was clean and there were toys and extra supplies if we forgot something. The only caveat I have is that pool across the street is nice, but it costs 10$ PER PERSON PER DAY! very pricey. We ended up driving to Wolf Lodge.

Spacious and well-appointed. Worked great for our family of three. Stapleton is a very safe area and the location is good, opposite a pool and within walking distance of the train station. Some kid noise from upstairs, but not too disturbing for us.

We enjoyed our stay in this darling apartment. We had to make daily trips to UC Health and this location was only about 10 minutes away. The owners live upstairs and are very accommodating. We loved having the park across the street. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a quiet neighborhood close to shopping and restaurants.*This review was originally posted on HomeAway for a stay in February 2019

    Loved our stay!

My family of four - with two young kids - loved staying here. It's a very family-friendly neighborhood and rental - it's right across the street from a playground and the neighborhood pool! As mentioned in another review, this is a basement apartment so you will get some noise from the hosts above. But it's not too bad and if you're traveling with kids, you'll rest easy knowing that the hosts will be fine with the noise your kids inevitably make. If you're a lightsleeper, though, know that the kids above wake up around 7 and you can hear them running about in the morning. Again, it wasn't a huge deal for us and we we're either already awake or able to sleep through it. But it's good info to have. All in all, we would absolutely stay here again. It's just such a great location and rental. We highly recommend it.

We loved the apartment! Great location, great space, kitchen well appointed and very clean. This is a basement apartment and the noise from the family upstairs was not good. They went out of town for most of our weekend and that made it ok. We would rent again if we knew they would be out of town!

This home is as wonderful as described. It was very clean and well-kept with new design, decor, and appliances. With the side entrance, it was easy to come and go without disturbing the owners or their family. Also, it was centrally located with easy access to everything I needed for work and exploring. The owners (respecting their privacy by not including names) were quite accommodating and quickly welcomed me and answered questions. They even let me borrow their snow shovel when they left town and checked in with me to make sure everything was going well! The neighborhood is also pristine and appears safe--I had no issues coming and going at different hours and people were often outside walking or playing at the park. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to friends and family. Thanks for opening your home!

We were having work done on our house and as a result had to find a place to stay for 10 days. I was looking for something fully furnished and comfortable, where I could still make breakfast and lunches for the kids and it wouldn't cost an arm and a leg. This space is gorgeous, very comfortable and had everything you could possibly image you would need. The hosts even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Great space for a family or couple. Across the street from a park and half a block to the green space-it was quiet, restful, and very functional. Beautifully decorated as a bonus! Great stay-thank you!

Excellent location, Walmart, restaurants, ATM's and quick access to the interstate. Host's were nice and stay was excellent. This is truly setup with everything to be a home away from home. Better than five star hotel with hosts that are 420 Friendly outdoors only. The kids can be heard clearly during day upstairs so if your traveling on weekend don't plan on napping during the day. Otherwise stay was great. Looking forward to our next visit with these hosts.

We had a great experience staying at this VRBO and we would come back in a heartbeat. We have a 5 and 2 year old. It was so nice to know the family upstairs has a child and understands what it is like to travel with little ones. I am always worried that unexpected loudness from my kids (sometimes in the middle of the night) will bother those around us. As a mother it put me at ease to know that the family upstairs understands family life and the noises associated with it. That fact alone helped me to relax. The neighborhood is precious...clean, beautiful, and safe. The neighborhood pool (which is big!) and small park is right across the street! The main reason we came to Denver was to attend 3 nights of concerts at Dicks. Getting to the venue was shockingly easy...a 10 minute drive at most. We were able to take Central Park all the way to the lot, avoiding Quebec, which experiences high volumes of traffic for concerts at Dicks (we are used to sitting in bumper to bumper traffic for half an hour or so on Quebec trying to get to the shows). My husband really liked the sleeper sofa. He is 6'3 and is sometimes uncomfortable in his sleeping situations while traveling, so that was a plus! We did fun family things around Denver during the day. This VRBO has a very convenient location to the interstate and other main streets in the city. We would love to stay here again :)

Our family of 4, (7 and 10 year old) stayed at the property the end of July and absolutely loved every minute. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and being able to have all the amenities to make us feel right at home! The pool was literally across the street from the property. The neighborhood was stunning. It took about 15 minutes to get to downtown Denver, which we drove. The owner of the property told us we could take the rail to downtown but we didn't since we had a rental car to use. We highly recommend others to stay here!
