Best Christmas
5/5 My family was totally amazed at the beautiful scenery and the cozy home was so comfortable and plenty of space. My family will return for our next Christmas adventure.
A Little Slice of Heaven
5/5 A spectacular retreat from the world. You look out to the most beautiful views. At this time of year - the Aspen are changing colors, and the mountains were lit up with golden leaves. We saw some elk around the property too.
The place is rustic, and not super high tech, but that's what we wanted to decompress from the pixel world, and take in some nature.
3/5 Furniture is so old and even broken. Everything in this house is so outdated

Family vacation
5/5 We had a great family time at this beautiful place able to view Mt Democrat and Bross out the back window. We had 9 adults that fit well into 6 bedrooms. The host was very responsive and helpful. Wifi was very spotty, but we were not there for the wifi. Any vehicle could make it in the summer to this place. Close to Fairplay and Alma.

Wonderful Vacation
5/5 We just spent a week at this beautiful place. Says 4 wheel drive is required, but I think any car could make it here in the summer. Beautiful views out the window of Mt Democrat and Bross, 2 14ers. We were 9 of us having a great time, hiking 14ers and sight seeing. Our guest contact was very responsive and helpful. Wifi was spotty, from dish. Overall this is a wonderful place and we will go back if we have the opportunity. Very close to Alma and Fairplay. Saw moose within 3 miles of this place.
