    The house was perfect for us: quick weekend visit with my son at USAFA. The townhome was quiet and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. I always bring my own pans, but it really wasn’t necessary for this home. We will stay here again.

    We have stayed at this condo on numerous occasions and have loved every stay. The owner has made the condo very comfortable with many supplies provided. From having a fresh cup of coffee available in the morning to many grocery staples in the pantry, this condo has everything needed to make a home cooked meal in the kitchen to grilling on the deck. The location of the condo makes it convenient to access anything from grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and the North Gate at USAFA within minutes. A favorite is sitting on the deck with amazing views of the mountains and USAFA. I highly recommend staying at this location when in town!

    House was very clean, had more than everything needed for cooking and relaxing for our entire stay. Grill on the back deck was perfect for dinner on a beautiful evening - convenient to restaurants, shops, golf course and AFA area. Owners very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

  • Springs Condo

    We came into town for my nieces wedding. This condo was the perfect stay. It had plenty of room for my family to spread out. It had everything we needed from laundry soap to lots of extras in the pantry. The condo was so clean and decorated perfectly!

    We loved the view!! It was very close to restaurants and shopping!

    We would definitely stay here if we make a trip to the Springs again.
