2/5 Picked house as it was walking distance to a venue we were attending. In that regard it was perfect. Other then that not so good. Back deck right off Route 1. Back deck unusable. Master too loud to sleep in. Slept downstairs. Towels were ragged. House needs through cleaning. Sheets were very thin. Beds should be made for arrival…not have guest have to do it. Window treatments need some repair. Positive kitchen well stocked. Price for area was ok.
Nice property across the highway from beach!
4/5 The house was very nice and accommodated all our needs. The only downfall is the beach access, as it was tricky crossing the major highway with children. Indoor space was good, but we didn’t use outdoor space as it was a bit noisy being near the highway.

4/5 Only thing was the rt 1 highway was very dangerous to cross especially with all our little ones and the beach equipment. Needs a predeststian cross walk. We got there at 2 and the maid was there and check in was at 1. I guess it was good for her we were running behind.

Bethany beach house
3/5 Overall house is ok with a few issues. Wrong access code to community provided by evolve caused an issue getting in at first. Lawn full of weeds for a $8000 rental. Pics of house deceptive as we must cross highway to get to ocean. However owner of house was very cooperative and helped resolve most issues.
