Great peaceful retreat. We enjoyed spending a night in and cooking steaks on the grill. The kids played pool and made s’mores. The pictures don’t do it justice. The fire pit is a nice place to sit down, relax, and unwind.

The house was just the space we needed. Ample room for our group, outdoor space was nice for morning breakfasts. Cell phone service was a bit weak, but overall location met all of our needs. Host was quick to respond our questions over the phone.

Beautiful home for a family to enjoy a vacation! The kids enjoyed catching perch off the dock and the swimming is excellent in the cove that the house is situated on! I would definitely come back here. Also the owners are very helpful with any questions you may have.

Loved the home! Gameroom was a favorite for the family on the cold rainy weekend we stayed. We spent most of our time there playing pool and cards. My grandson loved the sandbox outside. Deck across the second level and outside cooking area was awesome. I drove in at night and it was very dark. Reflectors or something by the road at the end of the driveway would have been helpful, if visiting in the winter be sure to bring wood for the fireplace and firepit. You may also want to add paper towels, bathroom tissue and garbage bags to your list of things you need to bring. Home is very pretty and tastefully decorated. The home is very comfortable and functional. Perfect weekend, quality time with family with lots of laughs. We left with many happy memories. Can?t wait to visit again in the summer!!

Y'all this place is wonderful!! If you want to spend time with family or friends in true home away from home, this is the place. We had such a wonderful time. The guys played pool and sat around the fire, the ladies sat up stairs and chatted and the kiddos were busy up stairs playing games. It was great because it felt like everyone had their own space, but we weren't far away. The view was just gorgeous. We watched bald eagles for a while and that was a treat for sure! We had a big family dinner Saturday and everything was perfectly accommodating! The kitchen has every utensil you could ever need. They have literally thought of everything. Don't think twice about booking this home, get it! One of the best “stay-cations ever!

Great House. Beautiful setting. Highly recommend for a party of 6 or less. A few suggestions for the owners though: 1. Make sure there is a filled propane tank for the gas grill, we had to go get a tank. 2. Make sure to have more than 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. And 3. Some of the light bulbs need to be replaced throughout the house but other than that is was a very pleasant stay and will come back in the future. Thank You!

We had a relaxing stay at this waterfront hot springs home. There were two couples and a 3 year old present. Some great pros included the bar room with a pool table, ice maker, stereo and tv with speakers inside and outside. The beds and sheets were comfortable and cozy. Fire pit with chairs was awesome for smores and relaxing by the night fire. Some things to take note of if considering-down town Hot Springs is a good 30 minute drive from this home, along with other major grocery stores or attractions so be prepared for that if you plan to sight see or enjoy any activities outside the home. Bring supplies such as trashbags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc-there was only one of each of these provided. This house is also three stories (two bedrooms on top floor, living room, kitchen, and master bedroom on main floor, and bar room/washer dryer/ice maker on bottom floor, not super great for chasing a child around in, one of the upstairs rooms doesn't fully close and doors/floors are creaky if you have a child and worry about waking them up. The living room could have been a little more cozy with bigger couches and some rugs but that might be a personal preference. No wifi as well. Overall property was clean and well-maintained. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. I would recommend if desiring a quiet, stay-cation type stay.
