Not as advertised
1/5 No garden view, rather a view of the parking lot. NOT a pet friendly property. I immediately left the property on arrival and did not stay there. When I called the owner to say it was not as advertised, he asked where I got my "incorrect information from" and only gave me back $150 of the $630 I paid for the stay. I have a complaint pending with Evolve and a week later still do not have a resolution. DO NOT rent this property!
