Tiny, private space under pine trees near Old Prescott. Simple. Clean. Basic. There is a nice skylight and the ceiling is high making the small space more open. If you are a light sleeper, the roof is metal so rain, tree branches, and wind are quite pronounced. The trees and quiet neighborhood were lovely. Unfortunately the water heater went out so my stay was cut short.

    Manager's Response:
Sara, we're glad you had an enjoyable stay overall! We apologize for the issues that you did experience during your stay and have addressed your concerns with the homeowner. The owner was happy to report that they have installed a new water heater so that future guests will not share your experience. We would love the opportunity to travel with you again the next time you book a vacation rental! Best, the Evolve Team

This is an eclectic space. The outside patio is pretty cool. The unit itself is a slightly smaller space than we are accustomed to w/ AirBnB. But, on the plus side, it does have a small kitchen if you need one.
