Cute place with plenty of space
5/5 This place worked well for our group of three adults and a dog. Lots of space for us to hang out. We were there for a bike ride in Palisade and it was a short drive to downtown Palisade and the wineries. The neighborhood itself wasn't especially great - no restaurants within pleasant walking distance and the traffic noise was noticeable - but we felt safe there. We couldn't get the TVs in the bedrooms to work but we didn't contact anyone with property management for help so maybe we were doing something wrong. Overall if fit our purposes well.

Best place to stay
5/5 The cottage was more than we'd hoped for and Mallory was great!! On our arrival she was very helpful! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and a great place to stay. I'm hoping to get the cottage every time we return
Not as advertised
4/5 The property was nice and clean but didn't have some of the benefits advertised. Bedroom TV's didn't work, washer was broken and the shower was useable but unsafe.

Cute, clean, and comfy
5/5 Everything you need. Not fancy, but very comfy, cute and clean. Great location. We would stay again.
Shower issue a real issue.
4/5 Overall, we had a good stay. The house was clean and it was quiet. There was a couple small things: 2 of the 3 TV's weren't programmed in so we couldn't use them. We didn't go on vacation just to watch TV so it really didn't matter. The washer was out of order and that was REALLY inconvenient.
There was one thing that was a big security issue....the shower. The shower had no bathmat and no handicap handrail. I'm 72 years old but even for someone much younger it was a dangerous situation. The shower is very slippery, and it is a definite slip and fall hazard. With the shower being such a dangerous issue, I thought about giving only 3 stars but decided on 4 since the shower was the only real issue.
