• Second vrbo ever, and it was even easier this time

  Getting in was super-easy - keyless entry, and it worked without issues. I had a couple moments like at the store when you can't find something, and then you ask, and it turns out the answer was so obvious, it's a little embarrassing that you asked, if that makes sense. Communication for these moments was excellent. My 8-year-old said he wanted to stay there forever, which was cute though a little concerning. A side note, beach access is a little further than a block unless you use one of the private access only walkways, but I'm too much of a rule-follower for that. It was still dealable, and the driveway was nice & spacious. Extra spot on the street. Mattresses were very soft & squishy, which was wonderful. One night my husband slept on the couch because he needed the firmness. I'd definitely stay there again if it's open. Checkout was pretty easy too. And not a lot of things around the house for my kid to mess up - thank you! Also, the town is much more chill than OCNJ, less touristy.

  We stayed at this house for a long beach weekend with our 3 yr old and 1 yr old. The house is laid out and furnished so well that it feels much more spacious than you expect from the pictures. It's also very cozy and feels like home. Everything was very clean and the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Deanna, one of the owners, is beyond amazing! From the first contact it truly felt like she wanted to do anything she could to make our stay perfect. Talking to her made me more excited and less stressed about our first trip as a family of four. She is so thoughtful and pays so much attention to every last detail. She provided things that made traveling with our young kids so much easier and allowed us to pack less for our trip. She left some fun surprises for us when we arrived so my older son felt like he had a fairy godmother at the beach house. I have honestly never experienced anything like this! Amazing! My kids felt right at home and didn't want to leave. We are already planning our trip for next summer and we obviously can't stay anywhere else.

• Excellent vacation

  We had an awesome time at this property! One block from the beach, right by all the attractions of the boardwalk. Perfect for our family, excellent communication by the owner, would definitely stay again. House was spotless on arrival, AC units worked well, and everything you need is right there for you.

• Close, convenient, clean , comfortable

  Love the location and how responsive Deanne was from the booking to the end. She wanted everything to be special and custom for my daughters birthday and it was perfect! Wine and balloon! Nice touch. I also was impressed by all the care she took in making sure that all simple items you may forget where available. Toothpaste, tooth brushes, laundry detergent, etc etc. An awesome hosts. We look forward to booking next year for the same week! Loved it!

  This was our second stay at the property. Deanna and her family takes care of every little detail. She includes personal touches to make you feel welcome and stays in contact to be sure that everything is perfect.
