  We enjoyed our stay here. Fairly short drive to downtown and other locations in the area. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice.

• First time at Sports Village

  If I am being honest, we do prefer the amenities at Las Palmas over Sports Village. But we did enjoy spending time outside and still had fun. The condo was mostly updated, decorated nice, and clean. It worked well for what we needed it for.

  The only complaints I have are as follows: 1. I could not get hot water from the kitchen sink. May have been my fault. 2. The sheets on the main bed could look much fresher.

  3. The bathtub itself seems to be the only thing not updated and it is extremely slippery. I actually cannot believe there are not some safety protocols required. My 11 year old son said it was slippery as well. I was traveling with my 15 year old daughter who has an Intellectual disability and I would not even let her use it as I worried she would get hurt. I had her shower at her sister's college apartment bathroom instead. The first 2 complaints are not too big of a deal for me, but the 3rd one would probably keep me from renting this particular unit again as I typically have my special needs daughter with me.

  Condo was okay. Looked much nicer online. Too expensive for what you get. The complex is a bit run down. The TVs were outdated and too small. We could not see the TV while sitting on the couch. The bed and pillows were not comfortable and we ran out of toilet paper so we had to run to the store.

  -While concerns about running out of toilet paper have never been raised by previous guests, we take your feedback seriously. As a proactive measure, we have instructed our cleaners to ensure that extra supplies are readily available under the sink for the convenience of our guests.
