Great location / Spacious Stay - Needs Better Finishings
3/5 We were only there 3 days so it worked out fine. On the positive side, great location, spacious, clean and thoughtfully appointed. The shower was excellent.
On the negative. No washer / dryer. Wouldn’t work for us for a longer stay. Master bed was old and creaked every time you turned. The towels and sheets were old and the sheets had pills. The kitchen table was not stable, very cheap.
The quality of the construction and furniture left a lot to be desired. Again, worked for a short stay, but would have been difficult if we were staying for a week and cooking in the unit.

Great place
5/5 Me and my friend stayed at the condo with our kids for a memorial weekend and had a great time. The place has everything for cooking and plenty of towels/bed linens. The washer/dryer is shared with the upstairs unit. The place is about 5 minutes walk from the beach and 20 minutes walk from restaurants/shopping in old Venice (the parallel street is very beautiful for walking to the town with large trees and lots of shade). The street is very quiet (the town itself is quiet and pleasant).

Cozy and Perfect!
5/5 Our stay was awesome. We had a great time and the place was just as described! Justin was very helpful!
We only have a couple suggestions that the owners of the property might want to checkout! Even though we had the awesome beach, might want to call some of the little hotels there and see if your guests could use their pools. I think this would add business and give the guests another option besides the beach, especially if they have small children! Also maybe add some brochures for things to do that are free or don't cost a fortune!
