Though conveniently located and within walking distance to the lake, I felt the pictures posted of the rental were a bit misleading.
2/5 Windows are horrible and need replacement. Central air should also be a given (window boxes that didn't cool bedroom). Futon and beds need an upgrade. No blow dryer and weird placement of plug-ins (nothing near bedsides for sleep machine, lamp, phone, etc. Kitchen had upgrades but couldn't figure out how to use the unattached dishwasher. Shower was fine but bathroom lacked decent hand towels, kleenex, basic necessities that are usually provided in a rental. Host was nice and greeted us upon arrival but we are used to much better units than this. I will probably not use Evolve again. The 5 star reviews I read beforehand were quite misleading. Disappointed to say the least.
Great place for 1-2 people
5/5 Perfect place to get away from daily life. Within 4 blocks to beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan. Hosts were great. House was adorable and had everything I needed.

5/5 My son and I took a trip up to watch the Ryder Cup for a few days and stayed here. It was in a great spot, easy access and comfortable with all the things you would need. It was a short drive to the event and had a couple great spots to eat, Waverly Pizza and Tippy's Bar and Grill. Tippy's is actually right across the street (about 40 steps!). Great staff, great food and made for a great quick burger and some fried cheese curds. We didn't stay much in the area but it also looked like a great spot to go to the beach there, the marina, and a few spots in downtown also looked nice.
The owner was also great to communicate with and checked in on us! Always a big plus in my book.
So close to an excellent beach
5/5 Very quiet neighborhood.Short walk or drive to the beach.Two Rivers has everything you need, without being a tourist trap.

Great beach getaway
5/5 We loved being a short walk to Lake Michigan. The beach was well-maintained and close to a public park. There are good options for casual meals very close by as well as bakeries and grocery stores.
