Great location; property needs some work
3/5 The location was perfect for us. We actually rate this property a 2.5 for the condition of the apartment. Lots of little repairs are needed such as faucets, toilet handle, exterior door knob and lock. Bed was not comfortable; pillows were a collection of random old pillows. We were given owners phone number but she (Emily) did not respond. She did reply to an email but didn't answer my question directly. We were able to knock on their door to get some help twice from Josh.

Trip to See Family
5/5 Location, location, location..... the apartment was a perfect place to stay. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood walking distance to a coffee shop and restaurants. We had a car and parking was super convenient. The apartment had everything you need, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and it was close enough to get to downtown easily. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars!

Perfect place!
5/5 I was in town for 11 days for back to back conferences and needed a place to base out of. This was perfect! It's so close to everything but far enough away that it was never noisy. The owners were amazing. The bed was comfortable, shower was great even the parking (which can be a joke in Denver) was never a problem. The fact that they provided off-street parking was a huge plus. The only thing I would reccomended would be a dresser of some kind. An 11 day stretch was a challenge without one when you don't want to live out of a suitcase but I made it work. Still though, it's an A+. Highly recommended.
