Very well equipped and maintained property
5/5 We traveled as a family with 3 kids and we loved the house (it is rather a townhouse I think). Two large beds and 2 standard beds, 3 restrooms, all equipment worked very well, they have 3 tv sets, dedicated parking space, all you could possibly need. Beach is 5 minutes walk, nice and clean. No outside noise that was a problem, we slept very well. 1 hour drive to Universal studios, 40 minutes to the Orthodox church.

5/5 We have stayed here several times with our family and just love it! Our "kids" are now 18 and 21. The house is perfect for us and big enough for them to bring a friend. Walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Our experiences staying here have all been perfect!

Best cocoa beach experience!!
5/5 My family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the pineapple house! We have kids of all ages, 16,14,13,9,& 6. There were toys and board games, beach toys and towels, and plenty of space to get away from one another when needed! I loved that the house was supplied with literally anything you could think that you would need on vacation besides your clothes. Minutes walk to the beach. And very close to stores and anything else you want to do. Thank you for opening your rental to us, we will be back!!

5/5 Great stay for our family. Some of the outlet didnt work in bathrooms but it wasnt a deal breaker for us.
