5/5 This was a super cute cottage for a couple on vacation. I love the location being so close to bathhouse row and the downtown area. Overall, one of the best places to stay in Hot Springs, AR

5/5 Enjoyed cottage..fully equipped kitchen with bbq on deck.
Very quiet and private. Cottage is a few minutes from bath house row with shops and restaurants.
We enjoyed being able to have meals on the deck

3/5 The cabin was nice and cozy but the bed was awful didnt get a goodnights rest any of the nights we stayed.

Unbelievably Awesome!!
5/5 What a delight! Literally minutes from the historic downtown area, with an epic back porch and all the amenities you could hope for. Property managers were prompt and accommodating, the bed was super comfy and the decor is off the chain! I will be back to Hot Springs, and I WILL stay here again!!

Would not recommend
1/5 The first night was amazing. After coming back second day I started to notice that the place wasn’t very clean (cob webs every where, dead bugs) there was a rag shoved in a hole in the ceiling. Not to mention the swarm of flying ants that invaded the bathroom was gross. Cleaned it up twice and the third time there was over 200 of them. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. They also need to update the pictures on the listing as well. Some stuff does not look like that at all.
