5/5 Apartment is well designed, clean with excellent appliances, kitchenware,etc. bathroom well supplied with towel and bath products.
Location is superb. Short walk from Mama’s resto and beach and a short drive to other great beaches ( Tavares, Hookipa). Luau Store is a 5 minute walk and Paia town a one mile drive.
Great location and condo
5/5 Cannot say enough great things about the condo and location! Condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. Kuau is the perfect location to explore the north and west side of Maui. Quick access to beach, turtles, and downtown Paia. Five stars!

Cute, clean and modern
4/5 It's a great place to stay if you want to explore the northeast part of the island for the road to Hana, Haiku or Makawao. It's also very close to some great surfing spots and there's a mom & pop grocery store a couple blocks away. Within a short walk is a small beach in front of Mama's Fish House. Christy the property manager was very responsive and she even proactively called me when she noticed that I had issues with the keyless entry during check-in.
If you're a light sleeper, be aware that the road noise from the cars going by at night on the Hana Hwy can be quite loud. The window above the front door was stuck open and we couldn't close it, which could be the reason for the noise level. Not sure. The bed was pretty comfortable though and having a fan and AC in the bedroom was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

5/5 My wife and I had a great stay! The condo is comfortable and well-appointed. There is easy access to the beach and Mama's Fish House. The owner was helpful and prompt. We would definitely stay here again.
