5/5 Enjoyed our weekend at this duplex. Very clean, easy access to everything in Havasu. Wonderful to have a patio to enjoy morning coffee each day!

Excellent stay
5/5 Great location, close to everything. A beautifully decorated home with everything we needed. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog with us and she had a fenced yard for her enjoyment. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to stay again. Thank you for sharing this awesome home.

Excellent stay

Great stay but bad communication
4/5 Traveling for work, my dog and I were in need of an extended stay in beautiful Lake Havasu. We found this lovely place. Beautiful quiet neighborhood right off the main strip. Very clean, comfortable and cozy.
This place has everything you need from dishes to laundry machines, a great back patio to enjoy the sunset. It even has as grill, just no propane! I really enjoyed the access to the garage! Also there is a vacuum but no broom...with tile floors...idk maybe I'm the weird one on that.
Check in was at 4 but I had received no information on where to go or how to get in until about 6:30 when I finally called the 3rd party booking agency. I then needed to request a late checkout, knowing several days early, I called the local 'host manager' multiple times with no answer and left messages explaining my woes but got no reply until the day of checkout, 2 hours before checkout!
Though I really enjoyed my stay, due to the hassle's of trying to get in and out of the stay, I will not be staying with them again.
