Indian Shores Condo w/ Pool + Sunset Beach View!

  It was very difficult to find the lockbox upon arrival, since they have so many and not in any particular order. We did arrive in the evening and the small amount of lighting in the parking garage did not help. The back elevator did not work most of the time. It was a luck of the draw. Didn't mind using stairs or front elevator but little inconvenient when you have groceries or luggage.

  The pool was only heated 3 out of the 7 days. Wrote to Rebecca (Property Contact) regarding this and was told it would be fixed right away. It never was. Then never received any follow up when asking for an update.

  Grills did not work. Did inform Rebecca about this also and was told it was the wind. Which was seemed odd since the grills worked just fine at building next door and had more exposure to the wind. Other guests also tried to use them, and had also been unsuccessful.

  The condo itself was perfect regarding amenities and spacious. View was perfect and liked the location. Close to parks and not too far from restaurants and shops.

  The pool was our biggest complaint since the days had been cooler and we booked this condo for the heated pool.

It's worth noting that such concerns have not been raised by past guests or during our own family visits. Our property is diligently looked after by two rotating groundskeepers, ensuring comprehensive coverage seven days a week. Regular maintenance is conducted on key amenities such as the pool, barbecue grills, and elevators. Regrettably, it seems that temporary outages may have coincided during this guest's stay. Nonetheless, we're delighted to learn that they were pleased with our unit, its location, and the available amenities. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we sincerely thank you for bringing this to our attention.
  We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

  The condo was excellent. Love the area. Only issue: Guests should definitely be allowed more than 1 key to enter the pool gate that leads to beach. Major inconvenience.

  Great spacious and clean condo. Property management was great and check in was easy. Access to condo was great - second floor, close to elevator, no stairs. Corner balcony with view of beach. Would stay again!

• Nice location but ready for a deep clean

  Went well except bed in master too high for senior with limited mobility, so he had to sleep in third bedroom, where it gets hot and there is no screen on window. Would have been nice to be able to open windows overnight, but no screens is a problem. Appreciated the safety bars in bathrooms! Balcony in need of major clean. Couches in family room hard for all ages to get out of/up from. Too many dining room chairs around table - maybe should place a few up in entry to have available for larger groups, but make easier for only 4-5 to use table area. Fan in master bedroom too loud to use overnight when needed. Cabinets in kitchen overcrowded, no place for renters to put food supplies.

• Great condo!

  Great corner condo with lots of space- even bigger than it appeared in photos! Beach view. Room was quiet with mostly families staying onsite. Floor two of a five story building. Only a few miles away from many restaurants. Tech worked well from easy to access Wi-Fi to large tvs. The unit also had a twin pull out bed.

  Condo itself was easy access. With a family member who has special needs it worked out great. Parking spot was near elevator, and condo only steps from the elevator. Beach access also had no stairs and pool had a railing accessible from both sides. Unit was stocked with the essentials to get us started. We would stay there again!
