The hosts, Karen and Kelly were wonderful, friendly and informative, but not at all intrusive. The property is perfect for a pet, but was amazingly clean and inviting. We enjoyed our stay!

We were very comfortable and it was a great middle ground between Grand Junction and Palisade! Karen was wonderful at communicating and gave lots of tips about the area, and even sent us photos of where to park and how to enter the bungalow when we ended up arriving super late so that we wouldn't be lost in the dark! Excellent stay!

The place is charming and really cute! Great amenities like a grill, fireplace, patio - and very clean. Expect to be closer to Palisade because this place is in Clifton. Clifton is technically part of the larger Grand Junction area, but I initially assumed that it was closer to the center of Grand Junction. Still a very good place! The host is awesome :)

Karen was a gracious host. We stayed with our two small children and the space was perfect for a base camp for adventures in the grand junction/fruita area. Karen thought of everything you may need for your stay. We also met friends that have a van and Karen allowed them to park on the property for a very reasonable fee. It allowed us more time with our friends and there was plenty of space for them to park. We really enjoyed our stay.
