5/5 It was perfect for a couple’s getaway. The air conditioner had problems one day but the host promptly had maintenance check and fix the issue.
5/5 We greatly enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction at 3197 E Road. The bungalow we rented was clean, quiet, and well equipped. We had all the amenities of home. The only improvement is that we would have liked to have a washer and dryer, but everything else was perfect.

Just okay
3/5 The shelves where the dishes are were very dusty. Needed to wash everything before use. Also, it is on major streets which is convenient but there was a lot of road noise. The shower was nice and hot! It was a good place for a short stay and place to sleep.

Sketchy location . Felt unsafe.
1/5 My wife and I took one look at the property and neighborhood and said there was no way we would stay. Whole place felt unsafe and the neighboring houses were unkempt. I contacted VRBO and have yet to hear one word. Also contacted property manager who said she couldn't do anything and to contact VRBO. DON't reserve here.

Cute little bungalow
5/5 Adorable setup with all the necessities of home! Located off some main roads so although a little noisy at night it was incredibly easy to get from Grand Junction to Palisade and everywhere in-between!
