Mixed Stay
3/5 Pros: Very clean interior, nice views, good location for getting to downtown Granbury.
Cons: There were 2 interior cameras operating on what appeared to be older Google home systems. One of them was pointed at the bed in the master bedroom. I turned them off and unplugged them, but felt very uneasy the remainder of our stay. The owner also appears to have security concerns as there were motion sensors inside, and outdoor security lights that would come on through the night, leaving me wondering if this was a safe neighborhood.
The decks were not yet cleaned for the outdoor season, and the cushions on outdoor furniture were too dirty to invite sitting. There was poison ivy on and near the steps leading to the dock.
Lastly, our group loves to cook during our getaways, but we didn't find this kitchen conducive to cooking due to the layout and poor condition of pans and knives. It would be fine for anyone who plans to go out or order in.
Overall, for us, a mixed stay--if they can resolve these issues, it would be a great place to stay.

5/5 Overall the property was just as described, a comfortable cozy home with beautiful views. The property had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. We'd stay here again.

Great Stay!
5/5 This property was outstanding. It was in close proximity to most everywhere you’d want to go in Granbury (The Square, Brookshire’s, etc.) and Glen Rose. While we spent most of our time out and about, the home has plenty of amenities to keep you occupied. Many board games, books, puzzles, and the outdoor patio and decks (yes, plural) were great to sit back and relax on.
There was plenty of room for our party (6 adults and 1 teen). Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Our teen slept in the living room very comfortably The living area is also a good size and we enjoyed watching TV or listening to music on the TV while playing some board games in the dining area.
We will definitely be looking at this home when booking in Granbury in the future. Highly recommend.
