We choose this cabin for our annual fishing trip this year. With 12 guys total the cabin was large enough to sleep everyone. There is even floor space for air mattresses as some didn't want to share a bed. The pictures are a great representation of the property. It was very handy being able to rent the pontoon boat with the cabin, it was actually a really nice boat. We also rented a second pontoon from Paul's rent all in St Germain which worked out really well for fishing. The fishing was not great for the time of year we were there 9/18-9/21. The last day we finally found a spot with decent Crappie but we still had a great time. There isn't a whole lot around the cabin but it's only a 10 min drive to St. Germain and 15 mins to Eagle River. There is Pitlicks Resort and Bar on the lake and they have public boat parking so we stopped there a couple times. Overall I would recommend this cabin.

This is a very nice property on Dam Lake. Are stay was a musky fishing trip. The property is on a good musky lake as well as there are many musky lakes in the general area so the location was great. There are some issues with the parking with more then 2 vehicles with boat trailers but we were able to work around that. overall we had a great time. Thank You

We really enjoyed our stay at the Northwoods Lake House on Dam Lake. It was very well stocked with anything to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the lakes on the pontoon and Dennis had fun fishing off the dock catching perch and bluegills. The view from the large windows was neat to watch a lightning storm over the lake at night. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful vacation get-a-way.

Good property. Very updated and well cared for. Pontoon was great. WiFi was a bit slow, but understandable based on property location. Fishing was slow. Overall a great place and I would recommend this property.

Property is good, but wasn't taken care of like it should be. Example: furnace filter was so dirty that caused air conditioning unit to freeze up. Normal maintenance should be done on regular basis.

We had 3 kids, two couples, grandma and 3 young adults, 1 female and 2 males. This combination made it interesting to the sleeping arrangements. But we managed fine. We did not use the futon couches...they were very uncomfortable even to sit on to watch TV. There were only 4 parking spots which was also tricky, again we managed. At least we were able to park the boat trailer up the hill. Renting the pontoon boat was probably the best think I did. Everything was there, life jackets, fuel, and a bimidy top so those that didn?t want sun could be in the shade. We had awesome weather all week so it got used every day. The fire pit could use a little work. Trying to sit chairs around the pit was difficult due to the uneven ground and steep grade down to the lake. Again we were strategic and managed. I believe that the owners are new and just haven?t had time to address a few things. I would recommend this property, we had great renter neighbors that weren?t too noisy. Very nice lake to be on, not crowded at all and there is a restaurant bar just in the next lake that we had a very nice dinner and visit.

The place was great, it was clean and had all of the amenities that you needed. We loved the view and the pontoon boat was awesome. Will be coming back again.
The beds were comfortable, kitchen was nice with all the supplies needed. The kids loved the loft area. Great outside space with swing and chairs , picnic table. We added pontoon rental which was one of the best parts.
