Great place
5/5 Stayed here for 8 weeks. Wonderful Host, Condo and Location! Condo very comfortable! Ground floor with patio out the back a Bonus! Pool and grounds are awesome as well! Beaches not too far. Can't go wrong with St Pete Beach!!
Nice vacation spot
5/5 Nice place to stay, very nice pool. Enjoyed the view from the deck by the pool at night. Only a short (approx. 12 minute ) walk to the beach.

Won't Be Back!
2/5 If you like second-hand smoke, this is the place for you. Although complex units are smoke free, people were smoking right outside the door to the unit. Also could not sit outside in patio because of the smoke drifting from other units.Broken garbage disposal, ice maker and a toilet that didn't always work properly, were very annoying.

Wonderful vacation!
5/5 We enjoyed a wonderful 3 months at Boca Shores Condos. The unit is small but okay for 2 people and has a backyard which we used frequently. Jake is a great host and very responsive. He did a beautiful job renovating the unit and we hope to stay there again next winter. Boca Shores is a nice condo complex that is quiet with beautiful gardens and an awesome waterfront on the intercoastal. It is located in walking distance to the beach, Corey Ave and many bars and restaurants.

5/5 The condo is true to pictures and more. Beautifully upgraded. Jake is an excellent host, always available, and goes beyond trying to please. We will definitely be back and would recommend. Some of the best times (among many) was relaxing on the back patio. Thanks Jake
