    Nice getaway

    Reviewed by: Eric S. on

This house was a nice getaway. A lot of nice small added touches that made it feel like home. Things were very clean, neat & orderly. Kitchen was well equipped. We did have issues with the TV's, the bedroom TV's we could not get to work with the dish/joeys , one bedroom Joey remote was completely missing, but the living room TV we could get to work , so no problem..... at least until after day 2 then that TV stopped working! After messing around with it I finally discovered that service had been interrupted for non payment. This was the only disappointment we had, and we weren't there to watch much tv, but do like to watch news with morning coffee & wind down in evening with tv. I'm sure this was an oversight, but still a bit frustrating.

    Clean and comfortable

Our family stayed at the Holly house for our children's fall break from school. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and well stocked for our needs. The deck and firepit were a fun treat too. It's quite literally at the end of a dirt road, which made it a quiet peaceful retreat, but given the lack of cell service, I would not have felt comfortable staying there without my husband. The owners did go above and beyond to make their home welcoming and comfortable. Thankful for a wonderful stay!

It was a beautiful property but if you have kids there's nothing to do after dark but watch tv. Phones get no service, it's very dark will need flash lights. But it was very peaceful there will be back but not that far from the lake.

Combined a little business with pleasure on this trip to Broken Bow and Hoachatown. Found this home to be so relaxing and secluded.... not to mention the value! The beds are so comfortable! I slept uninterupted every night. I had only booked 2 nights, but extended my stay another night and still did not want to leave. In the mornings during coffee and devotional time (devotional was provided in the nightstand of the bedroom) I could see deer and other wildlife getting a start to their day as well.
With only a 12 minute drive to Broken Bow, I could easily accomplish all my business tasks and had access to several unusual shops and restaurants in Broken Bow and up the road in Hochatown.
This home easily sleeps 6-8 and has laundry facilities as well. This home completely met all our needs and then some. I will definitely look forward to booking with you again.

    Peaceful and secluded!

Me and some of my family styed there over Thanksgiving. It was beautiful. Loved that it was away from all the Hochatown stuff, but close enough to go if we wanted to. Very peaceful. We will stay again.
