5/5 Place was great and exceptionally clean and smelled great for an above-ground basement unit. The theater system was a welcome bonus as well as the forceful detachable shower head. Ladies will definitely appreciate that. Communication with the host was absolutely flawless and even though owner stayed on property, you'd never known if you didn't see him. Absolute quiet...It's about 10-15mins to everything in Atlanta to offer and a Walmart only 8 mins away. Great experience would rent on a continuous basis if possible.

5/5 The property manager who lives on site was just a text away and was very pleasant and helpful. The place was very nice and clean, loved the soft towels, the comfy bed comforter. The place is perfect for 2 or 3 people and has great electronics/TV's. Only complaint was that the couch recliner didn't work on one side and the other side worked pretty rough, otherwise, would highly recommend the neighborhood and the place overall.

The owner of the house made my trip stress free.
5/5 Small at first look but very very big when you get in there, frim bed, no noise, nice and private, smelled good,unlimited prime & firestick for you to watch any and everything you can think of, clean, bedroom sets matched he even had a bottle of wine waiting for us. Just need better interactions with the owner and you guys so the next renter doesn't have to wait 4,5,6hrs so Mr. Earl can have his place cleaned because he wasn't ready because he never gotten a call,text,fax or e-mail from you.
