    2019 Christmas Ski trip

    Reviewed by: Xiaoling W. on

    Comment:

This is our second time to rent this property for our group Christmas Ski trip. This is such a nice place for group activity with well equipped kitchen, dinning area and meeting area. Also it is very close to the ski place. The instruction from the owner is very clear. They came to check with us to make sure everything is ok. P.S. Thanks for the cookies. When we got there, the cookies were still warm.

    Great Group Cabin

    Comment:

What a great place to get away from the hussle and bustle of life and soak in the beauty of the nature. The porch is equipped with rocking chairs facing the view, which is where I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee. The rooms were perfect for my group gathering, we did a boys room and a girls room then the leadership slept on the pullout couches. Downstairs worked nicely for our meeting space and had a protector! We did a lot of hiking and didnt even need to drive anywhere to get a beautiful view. Im looking forward to going back this winter to ski and snow tube!

This location is amazing! The view is spectacular, the beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of space for anything from a honeymoon stay to a big group retreat. There is a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains from the front porch. The Blue Ridge Parkway drive is but 20 minutes away and there are plenty of shops for souvenirs in Maggie Valley as well as places to eat. The owners are so kind and will tell you where to go for outdoor adventure. Be sure to ask them what's fun to do in the local area!
