Amazing sunsets and star-gazing await you each night when you stay at this wine country paradise. With a covered balcony, back barbecue patio, and views of the rolling hills and wine fields, you'll be able to spend countless leisure hours out in the Golden State sunshine.

This is the ideal place to stay to get away from the city and experience the country life. The farm includes chickens and, when they're laying, some eggs will be placed in a basket for you. There are also goats and miniature donkeys, and a winery nearby with some notes on it provided in the home.

Inside, the newly renovated 2,000-square-foot living space offers all the comforts of home, highlighted by a decorative wood-burning stove in the brick fireplace, touches of antique furnishings, and a flat-screen satellite TV. Take a break from the sun and unwind with favorite shows or movies before starting dinner preparations.

The charming, fully equipped kitchen features all the high-end items you could want, green cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, all the essential cookware, dishware, and a beautiful bay window allowing natural light to shine as you dine. Once you're thoroughly stuffed, pour a glass of wine and head out to the furnished patio for the sunset.

This home provides ideal sleeping arrangements for the whole family, between a bedroom with a twin day bed and trundle and 2 with queen-sized beds. The master suite boasts a flat-screen satellite TV, direct access to the private balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a clawfoot tub.

    -- THE LOCATION --

As this home lies along the Paradise Valley Wine Trail, you'll be tasting world-class varieties within minutes of the property. 4M Vineyards/Estrella Creek Wines, Ranchita Canyon Vineyard, and Villa San Juliette Winery are some of the closest, while many more can be found in town at San Miguel and down in Paso Robles.

Most of the wineries are open from 11:00 pm - 5:00 pm, so you can enjoy a day of tasting tours before picking up a reservation at one of the fantastic restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. You'll also find many beautiful shops surrounding the property, and places to pick up organic food around the farm - so you won't have to dine out when you're not in the mood.

This home also lies just minutes from the Ravine Water Park and several golf courses. If you're aching to see the Pacific shore, pack the beach gear and make a 30-minute drive to the coast!

    Good location and comfortable

We loved Sedona and enjoyed all of the hiking and restaurants This unit was well located and had all of the amenities we needed. As previously stated the owners ?separate unit? is directly upstairs and we could hear every footstep and voices at all hours of the night and all of the posted rules made us a little nervous to relax in the suite. That being said the owner was helpful, accommodating, offered great information to help us enjoy our stay. We had a great trip!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Sedona and Andie was a great host! Awesome king bed that was very, very comfortable and my wife raves about how nice the sheets were. The suite had everything we needed to feel right at home. Andie was also very helpful with information on the Sedona area. She provided us with some great hiking books and local brochures which we took advantage of. All in all a very nice experience. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I were here for the Sedona Mountain Bike Festival. This guest house was just outside the Posse Grounds Park where the festival was held. Many mountain bike/hiking trails leading from here. Whole Foods store within easy walking distance. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. Private. Comfortable bed. The host, Andie, was very friendly and responsive, and made sure our stay was pleasant. Lots of reading material for suggestions of places to go, things to do, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an excellent central location. The owner had thought out every detail. She even brushed the snow off our car in the morning on a few snowy days. Bed was very comfortable. Even though no full stove, it was easy to warm up food with hot plate or microwave and had full refrigerator and all the basic kitchen utensils and cookware. Weather, when we were there, did not allow us to take advantage of the outdoor space, but was very private and would be very pleasant on a sunny day. We would highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed staying with our gracious host at this new guest suite. The bedroom and living area were tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. We were snowed in the second day and loved watching the snow through the big windows looking out on a pretty garden full of trees and cactus. The host welcome book was fully of curated recommendations from hiking to restaurants which was very helpful. We were in a great location and could walk to Whole Foods and a number of nice restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
