As this home lies along the Paradise Valley Wine Trail, you'll be tasting world-class varieties within minutes of the property. 4M Vineyards/Estrella Creek Wines, Ranchita Canyon Vineyard, and Villa San Juliette Winery are some of the closest, while many more can be found in town at San Miguel and down in Paso Robles.
Most of the wineries are open from 11:00 pm - 5:00 pm, so you can enjoy a day of tasting tours before picking up a reservation at one of the fantastic restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. You'll also find many beautiful shops surrounding the property, and places to pick up organic food around the farm - so you won't have to dine out when you're not in the mood.
This home also lies just minutes from the Ravine Water Park and several golf courses. If you're aching to see the Pacific shore, pack the beach gear and make a 30-minute drive to the coast!

House was nice enough -- but yard not maintained at all, despite BBQ listed in ad and on the patio no propane offered as owner stated fire codes .

Cozy, clean and country
5/5 We came to the area for a wedding and stayed two nights. The house reminded us of a stay at “grandma’s”.
It was clean and decorated with a ton of collectibles. We each guessed what was our favorite cookie jar.😁
Plenty of bathroom supplies like lotions and shampoos.
The kitchen was our favorite - we could sit around drinking our morning coffee in the country decor.
We fed a few carrots to the donkey and goats and enjoyed watching them.
Evolve team were super great to work with. Very responsive! Additionally, I had a few questions while staying at the house and our point person was excellent and responsive as well. Thank you!
I might suggest some weed wacking in the front of the house as it does look esthetically a bit rough and gives the wrong impression of the homey inside.

It is kind of scary specially at night because this is only house in the area in distance of 2 miles but we have enjoyed our staying
