We stayed at the Pinnacle Inn a year ago in a different unit and had a very disappointing experience. However, we loved its location and our kids enjoyed having access to the pool after skiing. I'm so glad we gave Pinnacle another try, because this unit is a total GEM!It was the perfect mountain retreat! The unit was very clean, with updated appliances, a well-stocked kitchen and all the extras (towels for the pool, cozy extra blankets, ample closet space, super soft rugs/towels, and blackout curtains--a total plus with kids!). We were so comfortable! We have stayed in many VRBOs and this is by far my favorite. I loved the decor, art, and fun bar nook! The owners have put a lot of attention into details and it shows.Of note, we had a minor issue with the hot water heater, which we should have been able to figure out ourselves! Both Theresa, the property manager, and the owners were in contact with us within in hour of us reaching out and were both extremely pleasant and helpful.Excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to stay. Condo is decorated with excellent taste. We had to contend with rain for most of the trip but sitting next to the fire and watching Netflix was a great option with also access to pool, hot tub, sauna and a few games of ping pong and cornhole past some great time with friends. Definitely would stay again.

My husband and I took my son skiing at Beech Mounyajn and this was the perfect place. It was soooo clean, had every amenity, and the owners thought of even the tiniest details to make your stay comfortable. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub in the evenings after skiing. Loved it!

Our family stayed recently for a short ski trip. Condo was beautifully decorated with an updated ski lodge feel. The owners have thought out even the smallest of details. From mini flashlights on the nightstands in case of a power outage, coins for the lockers at Beech Mountain, to makeup towels in the bathrooms. The electric fireplace gave it a nice homey feel since the winds were too high for a real fire in the fireplace. The free Netflix in each room was an additional bonus that we all enjoyed. Thank you for a great stay!

Even though I don't ski, I rented this mountain condo for a get away weekend. We were surprised with a lovely bottle of wine on our arrival! The decor was very welcoming. It is very cozy and inviting and I could have lounged all day but there were beautiful sites to see and wonderful antique shops near by. Other than some scary fog coming off the mountain, I feel refreshed and renewed. Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We will hopefully be back to enjoy that lovely balcony in the summer!
