Beautiful home but noisy
3/5 First off the house is absolutely gorgeous and located in a great area with everything close by. The only problem we had which we should have been notified beforehand was there was a party/event 50-75 people attending right next door to include a DJ. We had been gone all day and were excited to come home to relax and take a swim. When we arrived there were cars everywhere and the music could be heard from over a block away. We notified the property manager however she was at the event. We asked them to turn down the music and they did for about 10 minutes but the blaring noise continued until after 11:00 p.m. And recreational smoke came in thru our closed windows and doors til after 1:00 a.m. As an asthmatic this was very hard for me to breathe not only that night but the next day. We weren't really sure what to do - with the property manager there she should have known it would be too loud ( we couldn't even hear our tv sound) and should have notified us so we were given the choice beforehand if we wanted to keep our reservation or not rented out the house for that weekend. This was not a last minute gathering, there was a tent, multiple tables and chairs and a DJ which was right by our back door. There is a motion detection light on the back corner of our house which you have to walk in our driveway to turn on, it basically blinked off and on til the wee hours of the morning. Our trip was only 4 days so we didn't have a lot of time to catch up on lost sleep.

- We strive to provide our guests with a great guest experience, so we were disappointed to hear your stay did not fully meet your expectations.
- Although outside of our control, we're sorry that the neighbor's cookout negatively impacted your stay. I did stop at the neighbors for a short time to ensure no one parked in our parking spaces but me or anywhere on the property. I can assure you during the short time I was present, the music was turned down when asked but was not at a level that interrupted the surrounding neighbors. I was not aware of any "recreational smoke" while I was present, and since your stay, I can confirm that no odor was detected in the home.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.Family Meet up
5/5 House was absolutely as advertised! I would give it 10 stars. The host are so nice. The pool and home are beautiful. This was a perfect place to meet out family half way for a summer trip when we all only had a couple days. Will definitely stay here again
