PROPERTY ADDRESS:
 - Carretera Federal Chetumal - Benito Juárez km. 250 L-16, Tao Lao M2, Solidaridad,  77750
- The property is located in the Tao Community complex of the Gran Bahia Principe Resort
- The driving direction for this property are:
- Exit at Cancun International Airport and take Highway 307 towards Tulum
- You will pass Playa del Carmen, Puerto Aventuras, and Akumal Town
- Once you pass the Akumal bridge, stay to the right since you are going to find the first
entrance to the golf club of Bahia Principe Residential on the right-hand side of the road
- This entrance is about 2 km from Akumal, and in the front is a statue of a bird with a white entrance
- Enter this gate and let the staff know you are heading to the TAO Community
- After entering the gate, keep going straight and at the first street, take a right
- Continue for about 400 km and you will see the entrance to the TAO community which is a tall T-shaped structure
- At the entrance to the community, advise the guard you are heading to Unit LAO M2 and they are going to ask you to fill out a form with your
information
- Locate the building 'LAO' and the apartment will be on the 2nd floor

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- Please reach out to the Guest Contact as soon as possible to obtain the two QR codes for both gates
- The apartment is accessed via lockbox, which is by the front door. The code is 0719
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 12:00 PM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

- Please note the Tao gym, lap pools and wellness center are open and free
- Chic Rentals will provide an access card for the beach
- Please note if you would like access to any amenities in the rest of the Bahia Principe Resort, you can pay an additional fee on-site to receive the wristband required for access
