Close to everything
4/5 We enjoyed the condo- 1 block away from the beach and able to walk to any kind of restaurant. The beds were comfy. Able to sit on the patio for morning coffee or evening drinks. Just a few small issues that I brought to the owners attention.

Golf trip
3/5 Definitely as advertised, and would book again if some issues are corrected. The washing machine did not work and locked out clothes inside. Our contact agent was notified promptly but did not respond for almost 8 hours. Using online forums for the appliance we were able to find the breakers and manipulate the unit enough to release our clothes. We didn't trust it to use again. We washed elsewhere and used the dryer in the unit which works well.
Hall bathroom sink does not have hot water, which is odd. We did not notify our agent. There is hot water everywhere else, and showers are great.
The master bath was not cleaned thoroughly, with a lot of hair from previous guests in the shower and around the toilet area. The rest of the unit was very clean, including the grounds outside despite it being in a high traffic area. We liked coming in to a fresh mint smell, we presume from a diffuser. One of us smelled a light smell of smoke possibly from previous guests, while the other did not.
The unit is nicely appointed and easily accommodated us for our long weekend.
We would definitely rent again if the issues above are corrected.

GREAT LOCATION
5/5 We loved staying at this property. It is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The owner, Rita, was very attentive to whatever we needed. The only issue I see is the parking. We were allowed one spot. So if you have visitors, the nearby parking can be a little pricey. But that wasn't a major issue.
PS Be sure and visit the owner Rita at her deli a few blocks away. We ordered subs there and they were the best!

Great unit and location!
5/5 I really enjoyed staying here. The unit was as described and well-appointed. It was just a block away from the beach and walking distance to many area restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
