The house was very comfortable, well equipped with everyday essentials and even had a secure, fenced in backyard for our dog however, she was never left out there alone but being able to relax on the deck while she sniffed around and laid in the sun was a huge plus for us. We loved the small town atmosphere and being really close to the lake. Wouldn't change a thing and we were lucky to find it! Whew, what a relief to also have this house for future vacations.
We enjoyed a 6 day stay. House was nice, great backyard. Proximity to the lake was good. Everything was provided that we needed. We will stay there again when we visit the area.
We had a lovely time. The porch is so nice to relax on. We used the bikes (brought our kids bikes) and cycled all over the place (splash pad, beach, grocery store, Susie Q’s fish shop, Schroeder’s Dept Store, playground, and lakeside path). The house was clean and we had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen. The proximity to Point Beach State Forest is really great. That park is so beautiful .
