My family and I had a very nice time at this property. Very well located for going to all the ski resorts in Park City and very near restaurants and other locations. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay! Quit, private and very comfortable. The place is very clean with all the household appliances you need including a washer and dryer. The host is very friendly and helpful. Away from the hustle and bustle of Park City, but very quick and easy to get into town. Would highly recommend.

It_̫s all good ! Plenty of room inside and out. A nice comfortable farm/family feel and only about 13 minutes from town

The owner was so rude to us when we first arrived. It was made clear there would be three of us staying in the basement apartment, but he questioned us in such a rude manner the minute we got to the property! It made me very nervous and I wanted to leave immediately.
This basement apartment is old and the heating pipes clanked all night. I took video of the noise. It was incessant! You could hear anyone walking upstairs, and the owner had company and children over and you could hear them running around and talking thru the vents. There is no privacy here! Overall, I’d say that this property should NOT be for rent. I was so disappointed, slept horribly and the master has only a queen! Truly uncomfortable! Not worth the spend...
We did love the location though,,that was the ONLY positive.

Jennifer, thank you for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response:
I am very sorry to hear you had such a disappointing stay. While your review will ultimately help us improve the experience, I would like to respond to a few of your comments. Your comment about us knowing that there were 3 people staying was untrue. Your original booking was for only 1 person, so when your crew arrived with a trailer full of boxes and multiple other people, my partner was a bit taken aback. If you sensed that he was rude, for that we apologize, he didn’t intend that.
As for the children and noise, you’re right and just like you, we had unexpected visitors in town wanting to enjoy the Sundance experience. We apologize for this and appreciate the feedback. We won’t be having guests over during anyone’s stay in the future.
As you are aware, harsh reviews such as yours can make or break the success of a brand-new rental property, and it seems as though the latter is your intention. While we will always take feedback and improve on it, I hope you understand you were among our first few guests, ever. We hope that next time you have an issue, you speak to the property owners directly before making a review which includes falsities that can ruin a potential experience for others.
We wish you all the best and thank you again for your feedback.
Best, the Evolve Team
Very quiet and nice neighborhood, surrounded by horses and domestic animals in a pleasant park. The basement is very confortable, perfect for two couple or a family of three. The beds are very confortable and the living room is perfect for a "A' pree ski evening" The Wi-fi and internet are perfect and over all, the owners (Isabel and Rigo) are lovely people. If you like to be in quiet place,,this is it. It's especially good for summer activities due to the location a little bit far from the ski-lift.
