Renting was fast and easy, description was right on, location was fantastic... however, the cleanliness was a little lax: carpets and floors need a good vacuum, some of the outdoor lighting didn?t function, indoor ceiling fans wobbled and rattled... but nothing that we couldn?t overcome, especially since the outdoor setting was really, really nice. Great docks, lots of outdoor seating with chairs and tables, and a relaxing porch swing! Really nice!

This home is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our stay from the time we got there till the day we left. Our Only suggestion would be label the light switches. Really enjoyed the view of the river from the deck in the mornings enjoying our coffee. It is definitely a place for rest and relaxation.

This was such a great location for 7 ladies to have a retreat ... spacious kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace just in time for the cold snap that hit. The split floorplan was very nice too. LOVED the porch overlooking the river. Somewhat rustic but warm and inviting.

Great house for our group of eight for a weekend partying in New Orleans and a football gameday in Baton Rouge. The house is perfectly located for both but you can just as well stay on the property and enjoy the wonderful deck, patio, or take a boat out on the river. The entire team at Evolve, and especially Billy, went above and beyond making our trip perfect. Really can't say enough of about their excellent communication and commitment to go above and beyond to make our stay one to remember.

This was a long weekend get away with family, The house was perfect for us to be able to relax and enjoy each other?s company in a very quite area just minutes from the City of Covington and all of its great restaurants, although we chose to prepare our own meals!! I just can?t say enough about how this house is set on the property and let?s the natural setting of the river keep its identity.
